When our students have time to build strong relationships with each other, then they are more willing to take academic risks in the classroom, be vulnerable during devotionals, and have a sense of belonging.

As we studied US Government, it was important to consider how our local government operates. We learned about the many roles at the Mayor’s office and even some Papillion, NE history!

We love to get kids dreaming and considering post-secondary opportunities. While studying the “Human Body” we were able to explore careers associated. On this field trip, we learned how MCC prepares students for nursing and other medical roles.

This is an Omaha, NE gem! It was a beautiful field trip to put our new North American Bird knowledge to the test. From birds flying to bugs crawling, we saw the fully cycle of life - even tree decomposition.

Our students participate in at least two service projects each year. Featured here, students collected items for Humble & Kind and then helped serve at Humble & Kind by organizing, sorting, counting, bagging, and hanging donations. It is powerful when kids can see the full circle of their donation efforts!

So many of our families listen to the music of Life 100.7 and getting a behind the scenes perspective was very special for them. As some just love listening to music and others dream of music production, there was something for everyone on this trip!
